Over many years, I have observed incredible technological development in the worlds of VMS & EXCESS and analytics.

Technology companies have taken dozens of steps forward, with an emphasis on those that have entered the worlds of AI and Deep Learning,

Quite a few end customers have recognized the developing capabilities and purchased systems with very high budgets.

Significant events contributed to the end-user companies running to these technologies, for example, the workforce crisis in Israel and around the world, the Corona virus, personnel management costs, as well as regulations that have gradually taken shape.

When I recognized and experienced firsthand these changes and the increasing difficulties, I looked for a precise solution that combines advanced technology with human resources that are ultimately indispensable (service, discretion, priorities, problem solving, etc.). From there came the idea of establishing a modular center that knows how to provide technologies, implement them, and also allows for external control room service.

I was familiar with different control room formats and was also a partner in some of them, but I was looking for something different, something of higher quality, more intimate, and more comprehensive.

I sought to design and create a place founded on layers of quality, service-oriented, professional, and stable personnel, strong and diverse technological infrastructures, learning technologies tailored to the client's needs, and an additional layer of professional knowledge acquired from civilian, military, and government platforms tailored to civilian needs.

In my experience, most service companies that grow lose service quality over time and become cumbersome companies that cause great frustration for customers. Therefore, I decided in advance to design a company that will operate on the basis of small teams that are limited in the scope of their activities and rich in the scope of their capabilities, in order to maintain quality, service, and speed with all customers.

It is very important to me to establish trust and confidence between my clients and the company, and therefore I commit to complete transparency, and to see every project as if it belonged to me.
